Four Star understands that customers want to receive full boxes of plant material, rather than the unwelcome surprise of getting that third box, potentially containing only one tray. Freight is expensive enough, without having to pay to ship...well basically to ship air. Four Star offers a flat shipping rate per box, which means your cost is the same whether the box contains one tray or 8 trays.

Understanding our packaging methods will help prevent this from happening. We offer many different sizes of trays, which do not always ship with the same number of trays per box, depending on the size. What if some of these different sized trays do come in the same box? How many then? This can be very confusing, and has many scenarios which make knowing what to expect very difficult.

To help with this challenge, we have created a spreadsheet that takes all these different factors into account and will automatically calculate for you. This provides a very, very close estimate of whether or not your boxes will be full of product when the arrive to you. Although some factors can not be predicted, we believe this to be a very valuable tool to aid you in avoiding....well ....paying for us to ship you our wonderful Michigan Air.
